About

The River Boro flows through scenic countryside and is tree lined along much of its course. The Borodale area, which is particularly beautiful, contains a number of good holding pools. A total of 27 new pools have been created in the Borodale and Wilton areas. Access and parking are located close to the bridges and at Borodale and The “Aleen Rew”. The river is primarily a sea trout river and fishing takes place from 10th March to 15th September.
