To make way for the equally famous Benihana Japanese Restaurant to the lower floor of the Marriott Resort it has gone from strength to strength with innovative and creative presentations and special food promotions. One is the daily Yum Cha set menu and the other a unique blend of EuroAsian style set menu delicacies that is changed on a regular basis offering a fantastic mixture of both authentic Yum Cha recipes and EuroAsian creations to tempt the discerning palate. One is immediately impressed when entering the beautifully furnished and oriental style decor of the Rice Mill Chinese Restaurant, with rich coloured walls in different hues of red, blue and black covered with a delightful collection of Chinese paintings and equally charmed by the harmony of traditional Chinese music, one knows that one is in for a great food experience. This elegant restaurant has a 95 seating capacity including two side rooms for private or business dining. The ala carte menu is very impressive with a fantastic range of Chinese Cantonese dishes, with both old favourites and new creations prepared by one of the restaurant's master chefs, such as Khun Rak. There is an amazing number of Shark Fin, Lobster and Abalone preparations together with traditional meat (especially duck) and fish dishes on offer.
