World War II internment camps gave Lethbridge a relatively high Japanese population, and most agree the Lighthouse is the best place for Japanese fare in town. Sushi, sashimi, maki, donburi -- the Lighthouse covers all the bases, and amply so. The C$42 dinner special set for two, with sushi, tempura, chicken katsu, beef teriyaki, house salad, and two bowls of rice, could easily feed three.
