Our cuisine is inspired by the Northern Italian cuisine of our mother, Rosa, who still cooks the meals we love - polenta, gnocchi, and rich meaty ragus with basil from her garden. Homemade prosciutto, salami and sausages made by our parents each Easter. Since then we have built a reputation as one of Melbourne's finest Italian restaurants.
