The Hummus Factory is a family owned and operated Mediterranean Restaurant, built on core values of fresh ingredients and friendly service. Taste, Quality, Speed, Presentation are only few of the many attributes that this place. The Hummus Factory is a Mediterranean spot offering both gyros and kabobs. It takes over the old Jodi Maroni's sausage stand in the Promenade at the Howard Hughes Center. The location looks pretty similar to that old sausage spot and it is not that inviting.
