The Dylan Thomas Centre is the main focal point for a celebration of Dylan Marlais Thomas, Swanseas world famous son. Refurbished in 1995 to host the UKYear of Literature, this splendid listed building has a permanent exhibition on Dylan and his life, as well as excellent restaurant, function and conference facilities and a cafe bookshop. The Centre is also home to the Ty Llen literature programme which puts on many literary events throughout the year.
