The dining room of one of Myrtle Beach's most upscale and upto date resorts isn't the flashiest restaurant in Myrtle Beach, but it's one of our favorites thanks to excellent and sophisticated food as well as an old-school emphasis on Southern good manners. Menu items are genuinely imaginative and surprisingly stylish. Think Hudson Valley foie gras with fresh seasonal fruit chutney, spiced pecans, and pomegranate molasses onions and a tomato cream sauce. The geometrically patterned cypress that sheathes the walls and ceiling was dredged out of a nearby swamp.
