The dark modern interior is certainly of gold standard, with a diversity of spaces - a large dance-floor area, the beautiful dining space and intimate lounge setting - that will make you feel at home no matter your mood.

Alchemy's own journey is fascinating in itself, and Oktay is happy to discuss the process of working through the creation (and realisation) of this long-term dream. The name itself was one of Oktay's biggest dilemmas, having been through over 2000 names trying to find the 'perfect balance'. It was worth pursuing however, as the underlying theme of chemistry, adventure and balance is evident throughout the venue - including wallpaper inspired by images from a 400-year-old alchemist's book.
