Unsurprisingly (considering the name), Tempest is one of the rowdiest places in the city. Low on wine, high on beer. If you want a calm, safe evening with in music, then stay away. But if you think that people are at their most charming when they are very drunk, and you mainly want to dance to chart hits, you may have come to the right place. The place serves international food and rather cheap beer. Rumour has it that this is not the best place to look for a nachspiel. But for a no-holds-barred party it can be good. A lot of the clientele is from outside the city.
