Tír na Hilán self-catering cottages are ideally located 4km from Castletownbere, and along the Beara Way walking and cycling trail in County Cork. The cottages are on a hill road in a secluded location. They are fully fitted with wooden and tiled flooring, and can accommodate up to five or six people in three bedrooms. A cot and high chair are available.At Tír na Hilán, guests can prepare meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with electric cooker, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer are found in an adjacent shed. Guests can also relax in the living area, which includes a storage heater. The cottages have an open fire and back boiler for heating, as well as electric heaters in all bedrooms for those chilly evenings. Some turf from the property’s bog will be supplied. The main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and wash hand basin. There is a separate toilet with WC and basin.During a stay at Tír na Hilán, visitors will find numerous activities and attractions. They can roam the hills, cycle the boreens, visit local artists, discover historical and archaeological sites and more. The area boasts a meditation centre, fantastic seafood restaurants, fishing, golfing, canoeing and sailing.
