This is a new Greek restaurant situated at the Main Market end of Vaci utca. Expect high-quality Greek food with unusual, imaginative dishes and presentation. Remetika Piraeus occupies a well-sized room at ground-floor level with the usual foliage, earthenware pottery and a blue-and-white colour scheme. There is also a small balcony with a fresco of several Greek chappies enjoying themselves. Long lines of tables for four are set out in close proximity to each other. The restaurant does delicious fresh salmon and tuna steaks and a splendid moussaka. Quality wine is also available.
