Taste Restaurant is right on Surin Beach and it's a lovely place to be at sunset. Taste serves 'Thai-inspired' cuisine in a pleasant setting augmented by clever design and genial staff members but what really makes the place stand out is the partnership of Jade Lama and Martin Ostlind who run the place and give it a personal and genial touch.

The covered and al-fresco restaurant has an overall 135-seat capacity and a tangible beachside feel to it with waves crashing to the shore mere metres away.
