Of course, Tasmania Golf Club is primarily used by the members lucky enough to be able to play here every day. The course is open for play all year round and is at it's best in the late spring and autumn when the Tasmanian climate is well suited to a challenging day's golf. The par 72, ACR 72.9, 6,214 metre course was designed by Al Howard and opened for play in 1971. The result is a challenging, undulating course characterised by well bunkered, breaking greens that reward well thought out approach shots.
