Tank Museum

Covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters, the Tank Museum is the only one in China as well as in Asia. It is situated between the Summer Palace and the Ba Da Ling section of the Great Wall. Different kinds of tanks on show allow visitors to learn about the history of China's armored forces. There are 11 exhibition halls with armed vehicles, 915 photos, 420 historical documents and various kinds of tank models.
