Langkawi Bird Paradise is a five-acre park along Jalan Ayer Hangat. Inside this nicely designed area you will find a rich selection of our feathered friends from the canary over owls and eagles, flamingo, pelicans up to Emu, Hornbills and Toco Toucan. 1.500 of them fly freely in the park and you must be prepared, as in real life, to be bombed from above.Officially launched in 2002, it is a tropical garden with over 2,500 exotic birds from 150 species such as canaries, owls, eagles, toucans, hornbills and flamingos. The park also features a walk-in aviary with a 15m man made waterfall.
