She   is one of the   best ever,   the cuisine of Thailand .   A mix of Chinese ,   Indian   and Malay   influences.   Besides the   hot chilli   peppers   is   also   with ginger,   lemongrass ( Takrai ) , garlic, basil   and   seasoned   with fresh cilantro .
