This classy, modern and trendy seafood restaurant also has a great selection of wines. Chef Taïra Kurihara has incorporated diverse influences from Europe to Asia to produce a unique and delectable menu. Some of the unique combinations feature turbot ravioli with oysters or scallops with beet sauce and purple potato purée. The Dorade, a fish found only in Europe is grilled and served here in a vinegar reduction sauce with "Szecuen" spice and Shitaki mushrooms. The Filet de Cabillaut (cod fish) is cooked steamed and served in a sesame and balsamic vinegar sauce.
