If you want authentic Argentine meat by parrilla experts who have worked for more than 20 years, then come here, where huge portions weigh in at 500 grams, more than a pound of meat. T-Bone has two restaurants in Palermo, combining modern ambience and unique sightseeing with specialties from land and sea. Interesting starters include grilled provolone cheese with oregano, olive oil, tomato slices and arugula, and fresh sashimi salmon. T-Bone's signature steak and Patagonian rack of lamb are accompanied by rustic potatoes. The table service includes homemade bread, sauces, and an ice cream shot. More than 60 wines are on the wine list. The original Armenia Street restaurant has a warm, urban feel, while its new branch, overlooking the lakes next to the golf course in Palermo Park, has a terrace with a gardenlike atmosphere. (Av.
