Sushi Sase is a new Japanese restaurant specializing in kaiseki cuisine. Its essentially a replica experience of some of best sushi restaurants in Japan. All fish were incredibly fresh and delivered daily from Hokkaido (including the Hokkaido hairy crab) and Tokyo's Tsukiji fish market. Even the dessert was superb, undoubtedly the lightest green tea penna cotta . It is highly recommend Sushi Sase.
