About
Perched on a fifth floor overlooking the harbor, this buzzing restaurant is better than the casual atmosphere suggests. Familiar dishes come with twists: béarnaise sauce on the beef tenderloin tastes of curry and coconut; lobster soup is flavored with cognac; and chocolate mousse comes with sesame crackers. Loopy combinations include monkfish wrapped in Parma ham with basil risotto and lime sauce, and trout with potato cubes and tangerine sorbet. Pizzas are excellent if you like thin crust, sharp tomato sauce, and lots of parm in the cheese mix. Service can be slow, but you can wait outside on the roof patio under a heat lamp.
