Isabelle Derbord, Stéphane's charming wife, presides over the cozy dining room. Many menu items are accurately called "delectables," including duck liver in a terrine and fresh scallops in pistachio oil. Saône River sandre is steamed and served with crayfish and pike dumplings; sea-bass lasagna comes with fennel and lemon-flavored sauce; and chicken is roasted to perfection and served with spicy gravy.
