Undoubtedly one of the most succesful coffee brands in the world, Starbucks first opened in Indonesia back in the late 1990s in Jakarta. Soon, after its immediate successes, Starbucks also opens in several other cities. Usually 

open from 9:30 AM till midnight on weekends, now several Starbucks outlets also open 24 hours daily, to cater the needs of Indonesia's younger generation who enjoys Starbucks not only for its coffees but also for its cozy, homey ambience that makes them stay for hours just to have some chats with their friends as well as to work using Starbucks's wireless internet connection. Starbucks offers a large variety of coffees, from full thick coffees to the blended ones, from original brews to the decaf ones, as well as teas and non-coffee beverages such as milk, cocoa- and vanilla-based drinks and smoothies. Most Starbucks outlets also provide cakes, cookies, bread, patisserie products and sandwiches.
