You can be easily excused if upon entering this mall you might think you are somewhere in California. It does have the look of a U.S. West Coast shopping mall especially the spacious top floor with its high ceiling and skylight. Sta. Lucia features the regular configuration of department store/supermarket and independent shops and eateries found in Manila's malls. Restaurants, fast-food outlets, cafes, cinemas, game centers, and an ice-skating rink draw people in even if they have no intention to shop.
