St. John in the Wilderness is a  small stone church, with it's beautiful stained glass windows, dates from 1852 and is one of the few buildings remaining from the time of the British rule in India.This beautiful Belgium stained glass was donated to the church by Lady Elgin.The Church itself is a scenic location covered by Deodar trees and can be reached by taxi. Stained glass windows and memorial plaques are some of the attractions of the church. This Church stands as a sign of the British Heritage. Bhagsunag Fall is a nearby attraction to visit.
