Sri Veeramakaliamman Devasthanam Temple

Opened in 1984 and officiated by the state's Deputy Health Minister, it was donated by Sri Sathguru Gnananda. Even before you enter the temple, you are enticed by the brown wooden doors with cravings of lotuses. The altar on the right has six white horses and other intricate designs, including snarling lions, pink elephants and all the figures from which myths and legends are made of, within the three-storied temple. Even though its last renovation was in 1988 the colors have significantly faded. Permission must be sought before entry.
