Owned by French-born Serge Boukatch, this authentic French bistro is nestled in a charming cottage house with wooden floors and mint-colored walls. It's hard not to talk about Sophie's Bistro without using the word "charming." The food is equally appealing. Parisian-style rolled crepes are mouth-wateringly good (try the ham and cheese). The quiche Lorraine is fluffy and delicious, while classic bistro offerings like beef bourguignon, brie en croute, and coq au vin will remind you of the joys of traditional French cuisine. As you can imagine, the desserts here are decadent and unforgettable. Try the classic creme brulee, one of the best in the Valley.
