This simple, elegant restaurant has several different dining rooms. You can choose between rooms for sushi, teppanyaki, grilled meat and fish, and meals featuring typical Japanese tatami, sakura. If you wish to dine on teppanyaki with hors d'oeuvres, grilled vegetables and rice, you can watch it being prepared in a special room, if you wish. For sushi and sashimi, you can eat at the sushi bar. There is a wide selection available, including table d'hôte and à la carte menus. Some of the more unusual recipes include turbot in soya sauce, tempura with king prawns or vegetables, and buckwheat spaghetti with green tea.
