A bar with restaurant facilities, Skales is located close to several night clubs, making it an ideal pre-club meeting place. Be it over a beer, a Sekt or a cocktail, Skales is the ideal place to acclimatise before diving in. Some even prepare for the onslaught by filling their stomachs with wonderful Greek food, which comes highly recommended. The staircase, which literally leads to nowhere, is the subject of much speculation and adds to the quirky mysticism of the bar. The waiters are young, friendly and helpful.
