About
Set directly on the harborfront in the center of town, this restaurant is housed in a century-old former salt warehouse whose oxblood-red walls are very distinctive. Inside you'll see the massive structural beams of the restaurant's original construction and a blazing stone-sided fireplace. In summer, we prefer the waterfront terrace. Specialties include filet of halibut with a balsamic glace topped with crayfish gratinée or pan-fried redfish in a red wine glace. Another delight is a plate of lamb chops marinated in garlic and herbs and served with a mustard aïoli or else poached chicken breast whose flavor is enhanced by lemon foam.
