Shri Nagesh temple is dedicated to Lord Naguesh, an incarnation of Lord Shiva. Built in 1413, the temple is one of the oldest in Goa and of considerable archaeological importance . The major attractions of the temple are the five-storied lamp tower Deepstambh and the historic old water tank Kunda, in which you can see the reflection of the idol of Lord Naguesh.
