The Shankar Temple is one of the ancient temples of the destination, which is located in close proximity of Somaja Devi Temple. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and his wife Goddess Parvati. Idols of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati are enshrined at this temple. At the entrance of this temple visitors can see the idol of Nandi, the bull. The temple dates back to the Pandava era.
