For me I can say that Shaqlawa is a must see place while you are visiting Kurdistan, it's located just 45 min away from Erbil, it has nice mountain views with close by to historic places in Kurdistan, so many local made cookies can be found in shaqlawa which are very delicious, and perhaps you can camp outside shaqlawa as well!
