Schaumburg Golf Club, Baer Course

Originally built in 1928, the course was purchased by the Schaumburg Park District in 1989 and renovated by renowned golf architect Bob Lohmann. The 27-hole course has hosted U.S Open Qualifying, Illinois State Amateur Qualifying, Illinois Open Qualifying, Chicago District Golf Association Mid-Am Championship, IPGA Pro-Junior Championship, Links Technology Cup, The Daily Herald Shootout and King of the Hill Twosome Championship. Schaumburg Golf Club also offers The Academy, a professional teaching service recognized by the readers of Chicagoland Golfer as having one of the best staffs in the area. Certified instructors are available seven days a week and will customize a program specific to your game.
