Scarlett's serves Tex-Mex food, its appeal is distinctly European. The restaurant-bar seems to blend into one, and a DJ spins R&B and top 40 every night but Sunday. There's a small dance floor, and Tuesday is "ladies night." Crowds also swarm to Scarlett's for major sports events and for Sunday brunch. Open daily noon to 3am.
