Scales & Shells is a seafood restaurant in every sense of the word. Our goal from "day one" has been to serve the freshest, highest quality seafood product to our guests. In order to achieve this, we have our own fish truck on the road daily. Our Fish buyer makes the rounds to locate what fish is available and whether or not it meets our standards. Many times we not only know when the fish was caught, but where and by whom. Our varied suppliers know what quality we expect and go out of their way to save the "top of the catch" for us.
