Located underneath the Fountain Centre, Sawyers is the place to come if you're looking for anything edible that's a little out of the ordinary. There's an extensive fresh fish selection and a wide range of exotic frozen meats, including venison, ostrich, wild boar, wild rabbit and quail. You can have your salami either apple, herb or brandy coated and the cheese selection will have whatever cheese you care for. Pates, olives, and smoked tofu are all here to tempt you, and the vegetable section features vegetables not known to feature in the average Belfast diet, such as butternut squash. Get your fresh dulce here, Northern Ireland's celebrated edible seaweed, or your favourite flavour of Ben & Jerry's ice-cream from their extensive range.
