You won't find Sarvi, an Irani restaurant located in Nagpada, by looking out for a signboard. This is because it doesn't have one. To get where you want to in Nagpada, a South Mumbai neighbourhood that was once the hub for Mumbai's most notorious gangsters (and hence dubbed "the den of the dons"), your best bet is to use as a landmark the Nagpada Police Station, which incidentally is also right across the road from the cornerside restaurant. To get a table by one of Sarvi's windows was to get a ringside view of the thrilling goings-on at the police station where many of the miscreants were brought to book.
