Chef Udit Sarkhel downsized from the Bombay Brasserie and set up this small, homely local in November 1997. The standard of the regional dishes is outstanding, and you would expect no less from him. Go on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon and pick three courses from the à la carte menu, but book in advance.
