"Roka" is settled in an old building of 1912 with interesting architecture. Their chef Koukouvas Nikos has worked at most of the top fine dining restaurants of Greece and has reached the level of 1 Michelin star. His love for Santorini island brought him back and started a collaboration with the new owners of Roka hoping to leave their gastronomic mark on the island.
