The course is of two types. The initial eight holes, played in a parkland environment, are characterized by Kvillebäcken and the beautiful Knipplekullarna. The final 10 holes (which are also the newest) are played in a more open environment. Which part of the course is the best and most popular is impossible to say because opinions differ. The course's most difficult part is, however, the initial eight holes. The course offers short walks between greens and the next tee, with only two exceptions. Otherwise, the distance between greens and tees is 25 metres at most. The height difference between the highest and lowest course point is 35 metres. It is really only on three holes that you notice the height difference. At the highest point, the green on hole 8, you have a splendid view of parts of the Gothenburg harbour entrance. Modernly built and challenging The course is built according to modern principles.
