Nearly a century ago, John Fagundes' grandfather started working property outside of Hanford as a dairy farm. Today, that farm has grown into the site of Fagundes Old World Farmstead Cheese , producing over 100 award-winning cheeses, all made wth the dairy's ultra-fresh milk. Whether it's a classic Jack or tangy cheddar, or a traditional Portuguese St. Jorge (sharp and nutty) or mild and creamy St. John, each type of cheese made here still follows an original family recipe.
