About
Sam Flax may look like a primary color explosion on the outside but it is full of creative goodness on the inside. Founded in the early 1900s in New York City, Sam Flax opened in Orlando more than 20 years ago. Their new location on E. Colonial is 17,000 square feet of art supplies, framing services, furniture, decor, office supplies and incredible gift selections. The moment you walk through the doors the warm atmosphere, artistic expressions and open layout will make you grin. Next up for the creative giant, Sam Flax plans to offer a wide variety of classes for all skill levels ranging from children and beginners to experienced artists. Class offerings are expected to include watercolor techniques, bookbinding, box making and figure drawing. Also, free demos will be available to showcase new pain products, mediums and techniques along with screen printing and block printing. All classes and demos will be taught by industry leaders.
