This restaurant is attached to the Christina Martin School of Food and Wine and provides a venue where the 'chefs-in-training' can try out some of their latest creations. They specialise in international cuisine with a strong French influence. There is great attention paid to presentation and innovation. The cellar has a good selection of moderately priced estate wines. Open for teas and breakfasts to which is an ideal time to sample the wide selection of cakes and pastries.
