This restaurant offering the best Indian cuisine in Fiji is executive chef Eugene Gomes's ode to the tandoori cooking of northern India and Pakistan, although his menu also features a number of vegetarian and other dishes from around the subcontinent. You'll be greeted with a complimentary basket of crispy papadam chips (made from an Indian flatbread) with dipping sauce. The Punjabi chicken tikka is great, although I'm addicted to the smooth butter chicken curry.
