Walk into Sabai (which loosely means "to chill out" in Thai) and you might forget that you're not in small town Thailand. It's a tremendous atmosphere for what's yet to be served upon your squeaky clean table. Start with a Shrimp Bikini, with huge fresh shrimp with a crispy golden tempura coating. Next, try a cup of Tom Kha Gai, which has a creamy and spicy coconut broth with chicken and mushrooms. By then, your stomach is primed for a heaping bowl of Red Curry.
