Billed as a new American bistro, Rue 127 serves gourmet meals from the comfort of a renovated Mid-City cottage. Executive Chef Ray Gruezke amps up simple sounding dishes, like Pan Seared Puppy Drum (with ingredients like Prince Edward Island Mussels, frisee, bacon lardons, ruby red grapefruit, pablano peppers and orange broth). Each dish on the menu is made with local and sustainably grown produce, and only the freshest meats and seafood.
