Every dish at Rosewood has a simple goodness to it that is the result of effort on the part of Cliffe, the owner, and his staff. His staff is the best trained in UB and his food, while often simple, is the most consistent. You can't have the same expectations in UB because often some common ingredients are not available - however, Rosewood does the most with whats available.
