Jorge Santos, endowed with many years of experience in the hotel Business, decided ten years ago to take over his brother's restaurant in vale judeu, originally opened in the early 80s. Living in Holland, Jorge's Brother's work in the tulip trade entailed frequent trips to mexico, where he fell in love with the local cuisine and came up with the idea of bringing it to Portugal.
