Rodizio (http://www.rodizio.com.ar/) is THE place to go if you want to eat the world famous argentine asado. It is not cheap, but you can eat as much as you can of the highest quality steak, which is served in 'swords'. There are 3 branches: Puerto Madero, Costanera Norte (unbelievable view to the coast line) and a recently opened one in the tourist city of Mar del Plata.
