Andrea is one of the longest-established drinking and eating establishments along the Mission Bay beachfront. With two levels of outside dining and cosy inside, it is popular with business people, groups and couples. Large murals decorate the walls and spumante bottles hang from the wooden beams. A large fireplace takes the edge off cool winter days, and potted tropical palms provide a balmier backdrop during summer. Italian and domestic wines complement a full range of pastas, seafood, pizzas and traditional Italian fare. It is also popular as a breakfast/brunch and coffee destination at the weekend.
